It is my belief that amazing things come from people who want to make positive changes for their own self-betterment. I inspire people every day to become a more conscious, motivated, and confident version of themselves. My career passion and specialization has for long been adolescent mentorship in several capacities.
Throughout the past 33 years while serving the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a variety of agencies, services, and governmental systems. In these experiences, I have found it most rewarding to assist youth and their families while implementing a wide array of support measures. This has included a plethora of techniques such as crisis intervention, parent/adolescent conflict resolution, and general family constructive efforts. I tend to approach therapy and treatment in a realistic manner, with the end goal of helping everyone to heal on their own time.
Together we will set goals, create effective outlets, and develop coping skills to reference in times of need. I truly have the utmost faith that when you put the work into your own self-growth, you too will notice the beneficial changes beginning to unfold within your life.
Insurances Accepted: In addition to accepting cash, Visa or MasterCard for services, I also accept the following insurances: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Health New England, MBHP, Medicare, Optum, Tufts (Commercial only), and United Behavioral Health (UBH). Affordable private pay fees are available for those who do not have insurance coverage.
