Thirty years of experience in the field has taught me that there are many ways to help people create change. I work with adults, adolescents and couples, drawing from strength-based treatment models, to help individuals find greater happiness and meaning within themselves, relationships, or the larger community. I work with a wide range of presenting problems in my practice, including trauma work, anger management, addictions, relationship issues, anxiety and depression. I have additional training in hypnotherapy, Internal Family Systems and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. My treatment style is interactive, incorporating education, skills training and occasionally homework.
