In my private practice I work with individuals who experience symptoms and behaviors that may affect their ability to lead the life they desire for themselves. My work is highly collaborative; together we can facilitate a greater quality of life as we balance your unique view of your life with my objective viewpoint and training.
My areas of specialty include symptom management for depression, anxiety, trauma (PTSD), stress management, grief, relationship effectiveness and increasing mindfulness. I strive to aid you in living the life you deserve. In order to best meet the unique needs of my clients, I approach each situation with thoughtfully applied interventions that are firmly grounded in clinical theory. To maintain a high standard of informed, ethical practice, I actively seek out and participate in continuing education workshops and trainings.
Please see my website: www.ElisaKryskow.com for more information about my background, expertise, and clinical modalities.
Self-paying: I am currently accepting self paying clients. My fee for an initial 60-minute session is $130. Thereafter, my fee is $95 for each 45 minute individual therapy session. Please ask about my sliding scale.
Insurances Accepted: I am currently accepting the following insurance providers: Beacon Health Strategies (which includes: BMC HealthNew Plan (BMCHP), Fallon Health, Group Insurance Commission (GIC), Neighborhood Health Plan (NHP) and Senior Whole Health), Blue Cross Blue Shield, Employee Assistance Programs including Anthem, ESI and E4Health), Health New England, Tufts Health Plan (Commercial only), and United Behavioral Health (Optum). Please check back to see if I have added your provider; I am currently in the process of paneling with a number of additional companies.
If you do not see your insurance provider, you likely have out-of-network benefits that would reimburse you for a percentage of my fee. The best way to find out if your insurance company will cover the cost of psychotherapy is to contact them and ask the following questions:

- Do I have out-of-network benefits to see a licensed counselor?
- If so, what percentage do you cover?
- What is my co-pay per session if I see an out-of-network provider?
- How many sessions are covered and under what time period?
- How do I access my form(s) that I need to submit for reimbursement?
