I have been working as a counselor in the Berkshires since 2004. I work with clients of all ages, starting around age 8. I enjoy working with individuals that struggle with anxiety, depression, as well as substance use. I am an evidence-based therapist and I work from a primarily cognitive-behavioral (CBT) orientation. I have had training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and was a member of an Eating Disorders Treatment team in the past. My professional background includes extensive work in emergency services and crisis intervention. I have a passion for teaching and have provided trainings to other mental health professionals funded by the Department of Mental Health.
