I offer in-person Guided Imagery & Music (GIM) sessions to help adults access emotional healing, clarity, and deeper self-connection. I’m a Board-Certified Music Therapist with advanced training in trauma-informed approaches, including The Bonny Method, TF-CBT, EMDR, and IFS-informed work.
With over ten years of experience across addictions treatment, disability services, and mental health, I now specialize in supporting adults with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and emotional overwhelm. I’m currently pursuing reciprocal licensure in Massachusetts. I’m also a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and Colorado and provide virtual therapy in those states.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, strength training, reading, playing guitar, and spending time with my wife and children.
90-minute Guided Imagery & Music (GIM) Session — $180 (private pay).
