I have been providing psychotherapy in a variety of mental health settings since 2008. I enjoy working with both adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety and/or depression. There are many life challenges that having an experienced and well trained therapist can help you navigate more successfully. I utilize cognitive behavioral techniques to help you develop healthier coping skills and utilize better self care in difficult phases of life. I have found that there are many ways to help people and that therapy is a very individualized process. A strong therapeutic relationship is key to motivating change and you will find I am very devoted to my clients. I specialize working with families of adolescents and with women’s issues. Together, we will create a treatment plan to identify future goals that are meaningful to you. Through focusing on your strengths, I will utilize techniques of motivational interviewing while teaching mindfulness and empowerment strategies to collaborate with you to reach your goals. I am committed to providing quality client centered care.
Insurances Accepted: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Mass Health Partnership, MBHP, Optum, Tufts, and United Behavioral Health (UBH). Affordable private pay fees are available for those who do not have insurance coverage.
