My goal is to support you in designing a rewarding life. Together, we will identify your goals and build a toolbox of coping skills for things such as stress management, communication skills, mindfulness practices, acceptance and self-care to navigate life's challenges. I have worked with individuals coming from families or relationships where unsafe substance use was involved, and supported others who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD and grief. I also enjoy working with women’s issues, parenting, young adults, LGBTQ and the challenges of aging. I have trained in motivational interviewing skills, cognitive behavioral techniques, and dialectical foundations of thought.
